Adina is a straight forward, warm and compassionate somatic therapist, dedicated to helping her clients improve their well-being and feel better. Adina works from a trauma informed lens to bring out the repressed emotions that are the source of most clinical symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, anger and escapism, etc. Adina works from a non-judmental place, and this means that she recognizes that most negative emotions and thought pattern occur when the individual is fragmented or separated from their true sense of self. Her mission is to help her clients remember their love for themselves, along with the traumatic material, in order to heal, integrate and feel the sense of wholeness within.

Adina has a Masters of Arts in Counselling from Yorkville University and a Masters of Science in Health Psychology from the University of Bath in the UK. Adina is experienced in working with the general population as well as Motor Vehicle Accidents and Addictions.

Adina took a special interest in Somatic Therapy and has training and certification in The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). CRM is a trauma therapy model that can treat a wide range of issues that cause clinical symptoms, as well as generational issues that have been passed down in the family’s bloodline. Healing generational trauma can help heal the bloodline, as well as prevent the traumatic material from continuing to be passed down further.
